You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

In addition, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue

 
Once verified, you may choose:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

REVIEW PROCESS

To ensure a fair process for all customers:

  • All requests are subject to review and approval

  • We may request additional information or evidence

  • Each case is assessed individually

REFUNDS

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days

  • Funds are returned via the original payment method
